What is the West Hill Automotive Center Repair Process?
What is the Repair Process?

STEP 1: ESTIMATE
The vehicle is inspected and an estimate is prepared. The owner signs a Repair Authorization.

STEP 2: INSURANCE REVIEW & APPROVAL
The insurance company reviews the estimate and determines if the vehicle is repairable. If it is, the repair process begins.

STEP 3: DISASSEMBLY
The vehicle is disassembled to see if there is any hidden damage.

STEP 4: PARTS ORDERED & RECEIVED
We determine what parts are required and order them. Once all of the parts are received, the actual repairs are initiated.

STEP 5: STRUCTURAL & BODY REPAIRS
The vehicle is set up on a Genesis Frame and Unibody Laser Monitoring System, which is a laser system that guides to exact factory specifications.

STEP 6: PAINT & REFINISH
The vehicle is pressure washed and cleaned. We then prime and seal the vehicle to ensure superior adhesion.

STEP 7: REASSEMBLY & FINAL INSPECTION
All molding and detail pieces are reassembled and all systems are checked.

STEP 8: FINAL DETAIL & ROAD TEST
The vehicle is thoroughly cleaned and road tested to make sure it’s completely restored.
